depends on what i want at the time. if i have a weak pokemon that evolves into something awsome, exp share. If i need more money, amulet coin. if i have an important battle, elemental boosters.

for me....my favorite are all kinds of berries....because they will heal your pokemon without losing a turn

i would say the exp share because so i can train weak pokemon in the placeswith higher lvl pokemon so they gaine easy in lvl

Exp share and left over. Both are beneficial as exp share can save you time and left over can heal over time.

Quick Claw because it's quite handy especially on strong monsters....I just have to use hypnosis then knock them off

Exp. Share is great, just rush through the elite 4 a few times to train a low level pokemon!Quick Claw is pretty handy, too.

Miracle Seed, Charcoal, or Mystic Water. They improve Grass Fire and Water attack moves.

My fav Hold item is Exp Share too as i can level up my other pokemon too.But the leftovers are good too,they saved me once when i was about to lose and i hadnt saved the game.

Depends, I love Quick Claw. Imagine Snorlax/Shuckle/Macargo attacking b4 a Rapidash/Dodrio??? But then Exp. Share is 0wn4g3, hmmm Amulet coin I dont really fancy, I use but meh...hmm as I said depends.
