teach a pokemon ingrain, recover or aqua ring then give it leftovers and it kept healin, annoyed alot of people doin that

Even though EXP. Share is convenient, I'd rather train my Pokemon the way I find the most natural. My favorite hold item is Leftovers, which is especially awesome on Snorlax with Rest.

I preferred the Elemental Boosts like Charcoal 'n' stuff.... They were very helpful.... In my opinion anyway,

Macho Brace and EXP Share are good for training EVs of a weaker pokemon using a stronger one.Otherwise, I just cheat in six Leftovers and toss them on everyone.

Leftovers is the best hold item, then Exp. share to evolve the weak pokemons
