Hold Items...Leftovers would be good for my Tank and Wall PokemonFor Offensive Pokemon, I would go with items that boost their type attacks or Choice ItemsWell..thats just me

I prefer items that boosts attacks like Charcoal and Exp. Share..ez lvling

It Would Have To Be The Pok'eflute.Without Wich None Of Us Would Be Able To Pass Sleeping Pokemon.And It Also Wakes Up Sleeping Pokemon In Your Party When Either Battling Or Wlaking About.

My all-time favorite was the quick claw.If my pokemon were slow, they still attacked faster sometimes XDGot me through some tough battles...

Me too, but you should know that your pokemon onluy receive twice the same amount of exp meaning that you just split the total amount of exp in twoFor all the Hold Items, my favorite was the Exp. Share. It gives my other Pokemon a boost in training.

Leftovers was a life-saver for me. Plus it annoys whoever I'm battling. Exp. Share was pretty good too, since it was pretty hard raising Pokemon at the beginning while battling with the Pokemon you're training at the moment.

leftovers and shell bell are both my favs. if i ever need money, i fight trainers using a meowth holding a amulet coin and the only attack i use is payday

Smoke ball to escape from enemies all the way in victory road.Iwent over board with training.(Swampert Lv 78,Flygon Lv 79,Pikachu Lv 76,Groudon Lv 92,Aggron Lv 85,Sceptile Lv 90)

Why do you need a smoke ball? Instead of going to destination on foot, why don't you simply fly? Your Flygon should be able to. My favourite is focus band and quick claw. P.S. Snorlax+leftovers isn't unbeatable.
