Shell Bell is really nice. It heals your Pokemon after each move it does.Experience Share is also super-amazingly-cool, and it's helped me out a TON in training Pokemon and completing my Pokedex (, which includes training Pokemon 
).I just got a Lucky Egg in my Ruby game by trading it from my new LeafGreen game, and it makes training .5x faster, so I REALLY like that, too!

I'd say my favorite hold item for my pokemon is...the everstone cause if you dont want ur pokemon to evolve, every level it trys to evolve so the everstone is good

I liked leftovers the best. Sometimes getting that little bit of HP can save you.

I would go with EX Share because theres pokemon that are hard to train up like Abra so iu use XP share when im at a higher lvl.

I reckon that leftovers was good or the focus band. The everstone is stupid because you can just stop pokemon evolving by pressing B while it evolves

Mine would be the Charcoal. Add that to a Groudon, plus that "Drought Ability" and Eruption at full HP - you've got a LOT of FIREpower, no pun intended - to throw around.

Leftovers if i remember right, who doesnt, its autohealing. And of course exp share is really helpfull too but i always used the same team i catched at beginning of game.

exp share is good for raising pokemon, but then they might turn out weak or already are if they cant fight their own battles. so my vote goes to leftovers --to make the strong even more unstoppable

I maybe the only one that still uses the snorlax + leftovers item technique...its still pretty effective online, but not against pros...also hate the grassknot move...
