I can understand it! For me though, it's not a coat, it's a hat. I HAVE to have my hat on practically any time I go anywhere or I feel naked. It's kind of a security thing for me too. I haven't gone much of anywhere without a hat since I was 18, so....About almost 7 years now.Its not really a habit, but more of a need. I need to wear an overshirt or small coat all the time, otherwise i just feel naked.
I know what you mean. It's always 3 something in the morning for me. And then, beyond that, if I set an alarm clock? I will ALWAYS wake up exactly 10 minutes before it goes off. I have NO idea how I know what time it is in my sleep, but I always wake up, look at the clock, and think "Why did I bother setting an alarm again?" .....I don't set it the next day, and I oversleep. You'd think I'd of learned better by now...i always wake up at 4:50 a.m. .... most.annoying.thing.ever.
That's actually really normal. It's human nature to fidget with anything new or different in the mouth with your tongue; it's often subconscious and you don't realize you're doing it until you've been doing it long enough to get something like a slight muscle cramp under your tongue and kinda have to take notice. When I had a lose tooth, I will use my tongue to move the tooth. Even when the tooth has drop out, I tend to stick my tongue into the spot where my tooth used to be.
