The original Pokemon manga was really cool, but I only got the chance to read it recently. The slightly more gritty storyline is cool in that its violent and plot driven while still interesting and children-friendly. Blue (the rival of the main character) is the biggest gangsta and not at all the jerk that the anime turns him into.

My favorite manga would "Negima! Magister Negi Magi" (no comment please) and anime would be "Gundam Seed Destiny" (I like Kira and the Freedom).

I love Death Note, Lucky Star, Cardcaptor Sakura, Back Cat and some more..But if I can only pickk ONE, it would be Death Note

Most of my favorite anime came out in the 80's, had cyberpunk themes, and most people have never heard of them :DThey include MD Geist, Genocyber/Cybernetic Angel, Project A-ko, Guyver/Bio-Booster Armor, and Zeorymer. I'm really not a fan of today's enemy, but Death Note was pretty darn good. Granted, you have to watch the series as a whole to appreciate it past the pretty boys and gothic overtones, but I was actually impressed.

I've got too many favorites to just choose one Anime: I enjoyed watching things such as: FLCL, Death Note, FMA, Naruto, Naruto: Shippuden, Bleach, and especially Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion and R2. I even enjoyed DBZ back when I was a kid. Manga: Haven't read any. :|

I had made my choice :lol:For Anime, it would have to be the movie Spirited Away. This is my favourite for many a different reason and mostly because I have scanned several anime lists of To-Watch in varieties of novelty shoppes and bookstores; thus, having rekindled my like for drawing and CG in general and anime.Though, now, my current obssession would be close seconds. Yes. Seconds.For Manga, I like DOLL. I forgot the Mangaka but her series is gothic lolita with a BRAIN. It has actual stories that interest me. DOLL is set in the future when man finally creates robots for different meandering tasks and those robots look like us and have A.I.Nice plot and setting--good, overall.

For Anime it is Pokemon though the recent ones i heard are not so great.i also loved beyblade till g - revolution and the original digimon.i also liked the Naruto movies.For Manga i really love Naruto and the pokemon adventures which was based on the nintendo gba and NDS games.

My favorite anime has to be naruto. naruto has been on for a real long time now and the fight scenes are really amazing. The fighting has gotten even better now on shippiden. i cant wait until the rematch between naruto and sasuke. My favorite manga would be death note. The manga makes you want to keep reading more you just want to know what happens next. I thought the ending was disappointing. I wanted light to live forever and rule the world as a god.

anime - Rurouni Kenshin. Mega awesome sword fights, the best around. Plus, I'm just a sucker for a protagonist that's out for redemption for a terrible past.manga: Kinnikuman. Yes, seriously. This series is hilarious, and has such epic fights in it! Just wish the scanlators would finish this final story arc and hopefully get on to Kinnikuman Nisei.
