Me personnaly i don't like really long games because i like to play a lot of other games, but i don't play a new game until i beat the one im playing.

i like long games cos they keep u entertained for longer but i hate them as well cos they can consume alot of your time

Final Fantasy 12 is nice this way cuz its not too long but still fun cuz it has the comprehensive story line to make it 25-40 hours depending on the gamer. Golden Sun was also good cuz it seems long the first time you play it although i beat it in one night about the third time playing through it.

I like my games long - if a game is good, and it's also really long, I get to play a good game for a long time! I'm not much for replaying games once I've finished them you see. Except for Rocket Slime, but that game is just awesome :)

Shorter games dont seem to have that power which makes you want to play on, and on , and on. However, games which are too long can get tedious

God of war is my example. It's long, slightly storydriven but so very repetitive, Zeldas and Tales games were good because the battling was a lesser part, and a progressor of the story. Also, boss fights! beating up minions is boring. Long games usually end up with a sea of lesser enemies, a Shadow of the Colossus-like thing for ds would be awesome so long as it didn't milk the touch screen too much. =\

I don't mind playing long games as long as the game doesn't feel like your playing forever with a poor written, boring story or a boring gameplay.

i like really long adventure games cause they're more difficult and then you don't just finish it in an hour and sell it.

Long games, I just got done with FF3 and only had like 25 hours on the game. I was hoping the game was going to be longer than that. I know there is alot of other stuff I could do but I am done with the storyline so I really feel like I want to do anymore.
