i think pokemon is childish but the games are good , the most recent i bought was crystal but now i want to buy ruby / dimound to see what there like even though im use to 251 pokemon , the games are good but childish is my opinion

The concept is the same, and it's just great to watch your pok�mon get stronger and stronger. Remember the days that Tamagotchi was a rage? Well it's kinda the same.

mm, I suppose it could be for nostalgia's sake?I mean, I stumbled upon my Pokemon version Blue not too long ago, and whoa, after I played it a little, I had the overwhelming feeling to play my Pearl.=o I guess people play it because they enjoy it.or it reminds them of the older games.

wow people r still playing this bs....kinda appaling i mean the pokemon r getting less inovative everything is bland and the worst ting is thats it's...POKEMON! i guess the cops use pokemon games 4 torture and that others use it 2 commit suicide...

one of the reasons why i m playing pokemon agian.. is the interface of the diamond and pearl versions.. damn so.. i dunno.. actually its not something that great.. i mean its just pokemon agian but tries to take up more room and look fancier with the touch screen.. but then again i dont use the touchscreen much.. and i end up turning off the shift mode during battle cause watching those interesting animations get tedious.. seriously if you tend to grind wild pokemon alot and you see the same goddamn bubble animation.. sigh.. and some animations actually take long

Because I have always loved RPG's. The new type combinations are really interesting, all the new evolutions are awesome, and the grphic design (Layered Stage) was a nice touch. But despite all of this I am still a Dragon Warrior fan and am dying to ply Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker.

people are going back to it because it is still a great game. they like catching the pokemon and fighting with them and what not and besides for those older players, it brings back memories of the original pokemon, such as blue and red.

The plot is simple so that everyone can understand it and enjoy it. And it's an RPG. most rpg fan's don't really mind what kind of rpg it is just so long as it is an actual rpg. i myself do need a good dose of a fresh new rpg even if it is pokemon.

Because Pok�mon is just great!!!But the new ones aren�t that great...I�ve count 29 of the 107 new ones are just evos/pre-evos of old ones.But except by that Pok�mon are GREAT!!!^^

pokemon... its been here since.. you know, REALLY really long! every one has played it at some point.. And theyu also want to see how much teh game has improved since the last version and also wat new pokemon is created now

if you've played the game since begining you kinda always fidn your self playing the new one to just see where they are taking it and what new features its repping.i hate the game, same crappy story lines and just fluttered with useless uncool pokemon (excluding the ones on the game packet covers haha)yet i still keep playing the latest versions and spin offs such as ranger and dugeons.
