because.............its POKEMON!!!! they keep coming with new pokemon and every1 is curious and stuff so they keep going back to teh good oL pokemon

I stopped playing after Silver because every Pokemon game is the same except alittle better graphics, different characters, and different pokemon. The people that go back to it or keep playing it is because they just like the new pokemon and better graphics.

Pokemon, is probably never going to die. Nintendo attracts alot of children and teens with their pokemon games, series, collectibles, lunch boxes... . Wow. what do ppl need all this pokemon junk for? the games are ok, and I guess the little ones enjoy the series (even though the acting is horrible and its way to easy to tell when they fired an actor, or just used the same one.) Did anyone ever notice the Misty who we grew up with sounds awfully familiar to this May, and many other side characters.

Well Every Other Game I Have I've Either Beaten Or Gave Up Hope Of Trying.And Pokemon Has Always Been Amazingly Addicting And Relatively Fun.So My Question To You Is, Why NOT Go Back To Pokemon?

I dont get the games are always the same they repeat the historythe format and they continue buying them the fact that they show new pokemon makes the difference i think

I have been with Pokemon from the beginning of my gaming life being the first game i ever played,but now with diamond and pearl people are back to playing in public thats all

its nostalgia for me...that was elementary school, its like being a little kid again. Im in the age range of the originial pokemon fad...those were good times...good times...
