i like to watch anime for the stories... cartoons dont have that as often.

anime usually has a much better plot. i take it back, anime ALWAYS have a better plot, most cartoons nowadays are just garbage.

It depends on your taste. Animes tend to be more serious and dramatic. Cartoons tend to be more silly and less serious. So for me its cartoons.

I like anime better because it has more of a 'story' in it: for me. Cartoons are only silly, and most of the time, I don't even get the jokes. So definitely anime for me! *raises hand and waves it around for attention*

Anime is better for teens, while cartoons are intended for little kids, so I'd have to go with anime.

Yeah i'm on the same lines. Anime CAN have much more depth. There are some that can be as wacky as cartoons but most are much deeper than any regular cartoon.Definitely Anime.......there's no comparison at all!! Cartoons are way too silly. Anime is much more mature
