The remake is very good. The title movie is enough to make me spinning. I'm also seeing FF5, FF6 remakes in the future. Maybe someday, FF7 on DS also.

I'm really looking forward to this game. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making a classic into something even more memorable.

According to the walkthrough on GameFAQs, there are two glitches in the original Japanese game. Anyone know if they are fixed for the NA release? I just started playing, and it feels easier than the GBA version. At least Rydia comes at a decent level rather than Lv. 1. I just hope it's not too easy for the entire game. The chocobos are also easier to catch than the GBA version. But before I play any further, I need to make more screenshots for the Screenshotters Blitz.

I just started playing the game but I think Zelda was a much better game. The intro movie was great. But I just got my DS so my priorities are with Zelda. Can any one tel me if there are more cg animations in the game ?

That game looked awesome. I liked it before, but with the graphics it now has (they look pretty sweet by the ways :)) it will be that much better. I heard they are changing the spells a bit and stuff like that though but it will just make it more interesting.

I enjoyed IV, and the screen shots for the DS version make it look fun. Square's putting some pretty fun games out for the DS...I'm still waiting on a Kingdom Hearts, tho =P

The original English SNES version really dumbed down the dialog. There's a Japanese-to-English hacked ROM, which has all the dialog in a better translated form. How is the dialog in the DS version? Is it simplified?
