Haha there is no exact age to stop playing games. In fact, there is no real age. It probably has more to do with your mind than your age.

Dpends on the game, but never give up the console. For example, I don't think it would be good if you're at high school and still play 'Sesame street', or at least publicise that you still play those sorts of games.
