I don't feel there should be an age limit. After all, adults MADE the games, why can't they play them? There shouldn't be a stereotype that only kids and teens can play video games.

People should keep playing games as long as they feel the passion for it.Games in general have no age limit. Specific games are garnered for certain age groups, but no one is really stopping you from playing anything, one should not restrict himself/herself from something that seems interesting.

Nevar gonna kick the Tetris habit. I kill a thousand lines a day. But you really should never stop playing games. When you embrace the analog stick, you will never go back.

You know what? A lot of young people, hell, kids and teenagers, should stop playing games, because it consumes their lives. Older people tend to know how to play in moderation. Young people have little to no self control, and often end up neglecting life and responsibility in favor of video games.Perhaps it's not what age you should stop playing games, but under which circumstances.

I think it's a silly question. I don't think age has anything to do with it. I am 48 and have been playing since the 2600 days (ok Pong really). I have three sons now and enjoy sharing my passion for gaming with them. Some people may change their tastes and find something else to spend their free time on, but I just don't personally feel it's an age thing.

The average player of video games is now males aged 18-25, and that number rises every year. So really its not a matter of what age, but where you are in life. I know some people who will always play video games. I know personally as a 19 year old college student I dont plan on stopping any time soon.

There's no certain age you should stop playing video games. Like a lot of things, it's whenever you feel you're ready to give it up.I don't know if I'll ever stop playing but if I do it won't be anytime soon.

Personally I won't/wouldn't stop playing video games, board games, card games (etc.) ever, because I think they are a great way to relieve stress and keep your mind occupied in bored periods and various other times. Plus, games can be a good way to meet new friends and all...Overall, I won't stop personally, but it's all subjective, personal choice and all that...

I would stop playing games at senior age because at middle age i would teach my children about games and beat them at it.

no matter how old you are, you should continue to play games. My grandfather (rest his soul) used to play World Of Warcraft with me all the time, and he was 85. It was the coolest thing ever.

personally i don't think there's an age you should stop playing video games. the only time i think you should stop is when you develop some kind of condition from playing too much. other than that it's fine

i think in your 30s, adults loose interest in gaming. but i dont see any reason why people should every give up on a passion. heck, my parents still play kaboon for the atari 2600 now and then!
