Oh no I would never do that! I take special care of a DS when I have one that is. When I use the stylus I make sure I'm always touching it gently and not pressing too hard. I've always taken good care of anything I own because I appreciate having something as I had nothing when I was younger.

It gets more dirty when fingers are used, that's why I always use my stylus.

I lost my stylus a long time ago so I have no choice but to use either a pen cap or my fingers. Thank goodness I have pointy nails to make accurate taps, otherwise it'd be way too awkward to play lol.

If its a last resort yes but i do have a screen protector which will decrease the damage done by fingers.

i always play with my stylus and not with my finger but if i have to make a smal klik on my touch screen than i will do it with my finger

I can't help but to use my finger from time to time ... i find its a hassle to pull out my stylus when I play on the bus and such.

I've got a screen protector, so I do when I only need to touch one thing on the screen. Otherwise I use the stylus so I don't get fingerprints or anything on the screen.

I rarley use the touch screen with my fingers. Not Meteroid...Animal Crossing...Wario ware touched... no none of those.... Ah! PKMN Dimond and Mario Cart DS

I usually use my finger if it's for selecting choices because my hand cramps up when I hold the stylus for too long but for games like Elite Beat Agents, I still use the stylus (:

I try to avoid using my fingers for the touchscreen at anytime as even with a protection cover on, it'll still leave some type of oily fingerprint. I noticed that using mechanical pencils as a replacement stylus works as well.

sometimes. when the games stylus controls where just slapped on for menu use, then i'm definitely using my fingers. but if the game is entirely stylus controlled, then fingers would be to difficult to use.

I occasionally do, but I always use my nail, never the actual finger. I don't want to get fingerprints on the touch screen. I lose my stylus a lot so I often use a mechanical pencil without any lead, I think it's a much better alternative to your finger.
