I mainly use stylus, and sometimes here and there use something else. Fingers and thumbs shouldn't be used on a DS. My touch screen is damaged near the middle, center. When I press down with the stylus a different spot gets presured, but some games are just like that.

actually I'm not sure due to Japanese songs sometimes being unrecognisable

this one happens to be one of them songs (blocked why'd no one tell me?) here's a new song

depends. if its a game with limited screen usage, i'll occasionally use my fingers, but if the game has a lot of screen usage and, more specifically, a lot of small screen buttons, than i'll be more likely to just stick with the stylus

I often will use my fingers (or my fingernails), but I also have screen protectors. ^^

Twewy or Ace Attorney and the like that use the stylus a lot, I use the stylus. Some games for some reason don't require the stylus except for occasional button pushing. I have no idea why but it's annoying and I use my thumb for that. I use a screen protector though.

Only when I have to! I hate having finger prints on my screens. At least it's not so bad with screen protection. I used the Stylus when I can because I find it more precise and quicker, specially when having to use the keyboard.

I didn't bother playing with my hands Ace Attorney or some puzzles of Professor Layton, but the stylus is a must for some games (like TWEWY, tried to play with fingers, failed really hard... ) Then there's the keyboard but also drawing!!!! I can't imagine playing Zelda PH without it :laugh2: !!!

Still for games like Elite Beat Agents where you can play with both ways, it's still better with the stylus!!!!

Hmm, for me no, I just use w/e I can find, don't like smugging up my screen with the oil/sweat on my hands.

Naturally, but I use the pen whenever precision or something is required.

Depends on the game. Some games there are only occasional touch screen buttons so I use my finger for those and d-pad for the rest. Something like Professor Layton I use the stylus for though.

I've only used my fingers a few times and that was when I was playing with the stylus and dropped it while playing and was like "nooooo!" I didn't want to stop at the important part to get the stylus lol. Besides that I use the stylus because it is too awkward to use fingers...

If the game I'm playing hardly ever uses the touch screen, than I use my fingers but if the game revolves around the touch screen, I tend to use the stylus.

For games that are completely touch oriented I use a stylus. If it's a one time thing I use my finger.

lol i think there would be no point in adding a stylus if you should just use ur fingers. it's not like an iphone or ipad, i think you should keep your fingers off the touch screen at all times. too much grease/oil/sweat on your fingers. gross.

It depends on how long I've gone without cutting my nails. I mean, I usually use the stylus, but when I lose it, or when I'm too lazy to take it out, I just use my finger.
