I might from time to time depending on the game but if its somthing like Trauma center I would have to use the Stylus becuase my fingers would only botch up the surgery.

Occasionally I'll use my fingers when it is more convenient and less effort wasting than taking out the stylus, while obtaining the same results (such as tapping the screen). But I only use the tip of my fingernails when this happens, so that I don't stain my DS screen with fingerprints.

No way! I use they stylus every time! If I lose it, I freak out. My fingers are big and don't move on a screen well, especially when they're sweaty. So I'm all stylus.

i placed a protective sheet on the touch screen. When I need pin-point precision, i use the stylus. but i use my finger whenever it's convenient, like on pokemon.

If I'm too lazy to get the stylus then I'd use my finger. But otherwise, I mostly use the stylus.

well, sometimes i used my finger because there are some game that required a fast button pressing skill and fast stylus tapping skill.

if it's a game that doesn't require me to use the stylus that much then i use my finger. i use the stylus if it requires a lot of touching though.

I only use my fingers when the game is mostly button- based and I don't want to get the stylus out (ex: Pokemon Diamond). But for touch based games (ex: Phoenix Wright, Warioware Touched), I always use the stylus.
