OMG. The N64.Ok the first thing I am dong after finishing browsing here is going out to the shed and finding my console. I think I even have Super Smash Bros hiding out there somewhere also.My fave character is Pikachu. My fave game of all time is Banjo Kazooie.

I still play most of my Nintendo 64 games. I owned an N64 10 years ago back in Holland, but because of the electricity plug-in differences, I could bring it with me. So, I bought a second hand one (My first was not second hand) a few years ago and a few games to replenish my stock. While I don't have near the amount of games I used to, I still enjoy them very much. Some N64 games I no longer play on the N64, but on the Nintendo Wii, because my N64 isn't working very well anymore. But I still play Super Smash Bros on the N64, and hopefully always will =)

I played the ROM a few months ago. Does that count? No really, SSB was the first ROM I ever downloaded from this site, so it holds a special seat in my collection of games. Still, I do think that the Wii version is the best one in the series (though interestingly enough, I'm best at the GC version).

Noooooo way Super Smash Bros for N64 is better than the newer ones! They are better graphically (which I actually don't really care about much) and more importantly have more characters and better solo modes!

Went from SSB to SSBM then eventually SSBB, and the quick transition from SSBB to SSB really took me by surprise, took me a few days to get my Mojo back on SSB. I use to believe that SSB was a really fun game, course, this was when i didn't have to go back to it, but now that i have played it, well, a sea of complaints now.I liked Pikachu and Samus, fox on the side a with a bit of mario.

Super Smash Bros. was an awesome game. I don't have my N64 anymore, but Samus was my favorite character and still is.

I still play SSB on the 64 from time to time, but now, it's not as fun as SSM on Gamecube.

I disagree. SSB original is my favorite compared to the new ones. Brawl and Melee have such faster paced action. I think to just sloooooow down a bit. Link's the cheapest character but I still use him.

I enjoy all three ssb games (melee the least because that's where they mutilated kirby) and the original has a special place in my heart. The characters are polygonal, the shockwaves from bouncing off a wall or just landing a jump are huge, and the lazer sword is thin enough to be invisible at the right angle, and yet the game is great. 12 characters isn't as much as ssb flash had, but it was so fun to have 4 characters bouncing around the stage, shockwaves going off everywhere. And eventually you'd get a friend who would pause, unpause the game for funny screan shots, or make it slow motion. I don't really know what makes it so great, but the uniqueness and variety make it a great game

I generally play all of my old games every once in a while, including this one. Pretty soon I will cycle around to it. I have always been the best at using Yoshi. I would surprise my friends. My cousin's favorite character was Link, so whenever a friend comes over and tries to use him against me they should beware. I'm well trained in the art of Yoshi vs. Link.

I miss my Nintendo 64!! :(I used to love playing Super Smash Bros on it! - My favourite characters were Link (Because I'm such a great Zelda fan) and also Pikachu because I used to love watching Pokemon. I used to win lots of matches and only lost a couple to the computer but that was only because I played against COM on the highest level! :)
