I would have to say the old ones, but the new ones like the Wii and DS do have their strong points. Ultimately I'm in the middle on this one.

My cote for N64, it revolutionized all gaming in the world today. Some of it's games (super smash bros., The Legend of Zelda Ocorina of time ect...) are still rated # 1... its teh 1337 of consoles.

The original. The big gray box. It had some of the most challenging games ever created and that includes any and all games that have come out recently for the next gen systems.

The game systems I played when I was growing up were NES, SNES, Genesis and PSX. My favorites were many different games from every platform. But now I enjoy playing the GBA/GBC/GB games as well as SNES, Genesis/32x. So many games but as long as I enjoy playing them I will keep them. WII is a good system for graphics and sound but I enjoy the old fashioned SNES controller (NES controller was hard enough you could hunt with it, got plenty of bruises on the knees from tossing it when I got mad). As far as the N64 I only liked one game on there and it was San Fransisco Rush (original). I had a GC and loved the graphics on it. Playing Mario sunshine / Paper Mario 2 and Luigi's mansion.I could go on and on but I wont, no matter what system you got there will always be newer technologies out there.

Greatest Nintendo system the gameboy because it beat out the game gear when it didn't have color and was vastly inferior. If that doesn't spell butt kick what does

I would have to say that NES or SNES are the best just because they are the classics

For me it would have to be the game & watch. If it wasnt for that, then gameboys wouldnt exist or DS' or even nintendo.

NDS is the best. Compare to Wii, XBOX360, andPS3. I spent time on NDS more than others.
