Ypu are talking about the top tiers of tekken 5. For some useful information visit tekkenzaibatsu, THE tekken fan site. In a nut shell Devil jin at high levels of play can really beat a lot of the other characters easily. Heihachi and Kazuya come close though along with bryan and steve. In DR steve is toned down and not as effective and this results to the lowering of his tier.
