Final Fantasy VII is my choice. But I also enjoyed Final Fantasy Tactics, althought not as much as FF7.

Final Fantasy 7 and Final Fantasy 8. but i think i spent more of my time on 8 because there's like 219 hours total on it.

I guess that depends on what you mean by most played... If you mean game time per se RPGs are the most I played, namely Final Fantasy tactics. Completing everything (and I mean everything) without any cheats took at least 70 hrs...i think... 
But if you mean the most times I finnished it or slapped it in the PS it woud have to be Tekken 3
