I always use it, for "lost in blue" I have to make a fire and I have to blow into the microphone to pretend I am blowing at the fire to make it burn.. I like the game use of microphone, also I heard that GTA: Chinatown War needs microphone after completion of game to call the taxi, I am not confirmed..

I've used the DS Microphone but its not always so clear; the mic doesn't detect it good enough from games like Brain training. However, for a system like the NDS/L/i I wouldn't expect it to be so "high tech" since its not designed to be a mic, but a game system itself.

Am I really in the extreme minority as someone who loves using his mic for playing Pokemon over wi-fi?

Yeah, it's a very underrated feature on Wii.Used it in Phantom Hourglass... like twice.Probably used it the most in WEWY when I was using a specific button.Seems like there was a kirby game or something like that...but it's never a central thing to any game. Also, does any game allow you to communicate through the mic?

I have in Nitendogs or however you spell it. you have to talk to them to do a trick, although i could never get it to work that well. seeing how it recorded your voice and would only do the trick if you said it in the same voice, so if you have a monotonic voice you would be fine

I was surprised how well the microphone works with Advance Wars. I was talking with my brother on there, and my wife thought I was crazy because it looked like I was talking to myself. Then she realized I was talking to him on my DS and couldn't believe it.

I believe you can use it in Nintendogs. Although it is very annoying, obviously I won't say the dog's name the same way everytime. You can also use it in Dr Kawashima's brain training. For that colour game. Red! Yellow! Blue! <3
