NA is Avogadro's number, equivalent to 6.02x1023 of anything or 1 mole.

The singlar atom when divided releases an atomic discharge of unharnessed energy. This can be harnessed and used to help stop global warming.POINTS were deducted for this post by atomicknightPlease refer to the forum rules to find out why your points were deducted.

Eh, no. You're getting Avogadro's number mixed up with the definition of the atomic mass unit (amu). Avogadro's number is a measure of quantity, not mass.

ELEMENTS AND COMPOUNDS QUIZ

Thank you Channel28. :gs: Alright this is not really my quiz but as Channel28 mentioned above, it's basically a revival. Unlike my other 2 quizzes, I have no intention of rewarding GPs for this one. This is just for fun for you science and chemistry lovers. And, I'm not a Chemistry expert but I will also ensure I give tough questions now and then. The rules are more or less the same. I won't go in to great detail:
  • Just stick to the forum rules.
  • I will decide on the number of points for each question.
  • Have fun
ALRIGHT LET'S BEGIN!Question 1. 1 pointName the gas we breathe which is used in respiration.

halogenalkanes are alkanes that contains halogen group, thus additional elements that could be in halogenalkanes include flourine, chlorine, bromine, and in some cases iodine.
