I prefer X to XII cause the story line was way better and i preferred the turn based battle system

the battle system in XII was 
but Final Fantasy Xs storyline was better in my own opinion.I may just be biast due to an unliking of Ivalice.

FFX has a better story, agreed, but XII's system turned out to be pretty nify once you got used to it. As long as you don't spam quickening chains, of course. That just cheapens the fun. But ah, story is everything for me. So, FFX.

The FFX was definitely better... the storyline is mainly a very large scale one that tells a definite story... but you need to play the Sequel FFX-2 to get the idea of the entire storyline otherwise there's no sense or links between these these episodes for Final Fantasy 10, that's the whole point.

I voted for XII, because of the gameplay. The battle system was much smoother, and it had nearly the same strategy as the random attacks with the gambit system, and it was just a lot more smoother. Also, there are so many more extras, including the hunts and sidequests. FFX's storyline was better, but overall I have to vote for FF-XII.

I prefer FFX, I just prefer the storyline and character development to FFXII, I find its just that *little* bit deeper, though when I first started to play X, the play style was a bit of a change with what I was used to in the other FF games

I perfer X over XII, Although the cenematic scenes are Really well done in XII the colouring of the in-game models kinda annoyed me

Thats a very difficult question. Final Fantasy X had a better fighting system in my opinion (I actually had to be involved instead of just letting my Gambits run), and a more epic plotline. And while I love the political-ness of XII, politics get boring after a while. Better characters in XII though.All in all, I'd say Final Fantasy X.

FFX story was so much better then XIIalthough XII's graphics was awesomeand i always choose story over graphics unless the graphics are horriblebut X's graphics were also good

FF12 was just dull. Sure there were a million and a half sidequests to do, but half of them were impossible without a guide, most of them were just complex fetch quests, and all of them were unrewarding. The License Board made every character exactly the same at the end of the game, and there were no major stat differences or specialties between characters - it felt like playing as one person and five of their clones. Aside from technical specs, which really have little effect on gameplay, FF10 is vastly superior in every way.

I'd have to go with XIIXII-Innovative new battle system adds alot of new strategy to the game-Good storyline-plenty of available sidequests-final boss was a pushover-a few too many video sequences-Summons fought beside you but didnt last longX-Good battle system loved the sphere grid-Good storyline-Blitzball was a good distraction from the main story-Summons would actually fight in your place instead of attacking once and dissapearing-Final boss was more than a pushover you cant die against him-Way too many Video sequences and way too longThe battle system kinda clinches it for me for FFXII.
