hmm... well, although most of my friends prefer FF12, i'd say FFX is better... prefer the turn based gameplay- plus, more stragety invovled

i found FFX to be too easy......FFXII was easy too but the new battle system was interesting and also the character customization was cool and easier compared to the sphere board in FFX

at first, i didnt like FF XII, but when i played completely i change my opinion of this game; the story isnt very good, but the gameplay of the FFXII its much better, besides, the hunting game its very addictive.i spend 106 hours doing all the hunts and killing both hell wyrm and yiazmat... the worst thing in FFXII its the final bosses, they are so easy campared to the hell wyrm and yiazmat.... well, see ya!

FFX beats it all the way for me, personally I liked the storyline alot more and definitely the battle-system....the just changed the whole system in FFXIIThe battle system was one of the great successes of FF games....

I prefered FFX over FFXII big time. The story in FFX is like more "full". In FFXII, sometimes, you have to move around way too long before the story continue.Also, the moment you get the Zodiac Spear, cast beserk and haste on the wielder, the battles become a joke. The only reason why a battle would take more thantwo minutes, its because they casted the Immune to Physical and Magic attacks.

Well i like them both a lot...i think i like X a little more becasue it was just so..fun. But almost too easy. XII has a better story line. Not the typical "world is ganan explode or die from some randome monster or magic" I like how it's a little more realistic with the whole military feel.

they're both pretty good.....but i like FFX's upgrading system and the license grid is kinda lame because you only get 1 place for you upgrading needs and after you already got all the augments you have to rely on your level. and also FFXII is to easy

i already posted here and want to say it again:i think FFX is better then FFXII because the story is way better(i even think it's the best FF story ever) and the battle system is better because those gambits are way to easy. set them right, train your characters to high and you don't have to o anything AND the speregrid system is way better because it has more strategy and takes you time thinking about wich way to go with the licenses you can go everywhere to easily.

Final fantasy X hands down, beta story and beta battle system and the story doesn't drag on after a while

I liked both games. But X does beat XII.X had an amazing story, while XII had next to none. Tidus actually was important to the game, while XII seemed like Vann really wasn't necessary. (Seriously, almost the entire story revolves around Ashe, and some around Balthier.) They both had good battle systems, and each had their high points. All in all, they were both amazing games, but X was just better. Better characters, better story, better music.
