I prefer Diamond over the other. I don't really like the exclusives for Pearl because it's difficult enough trying to get the old schools like Pidgey or Scythor in the new versions. Personally, I like Diamond because Diagla has better attacks than Palkia and has a better design.

How in the World does Dialga have better attacks? If your talking Roar of time, then your wrong. Roar of time (i'm sorry ppls) SUX. It is just as bad as hyperbeam, giga impact, and all those stupid 2 turn attacks. yes, they maybe good in the actuall game and all that, but when you fight an actual human person, you'll get owned if you have any of those attacks. It either leaves you open, or lets your opponent predict what attack is coming, either switch pokes, or use protect, buff, etc. Many possibilities, all which are win-win for your opponent, and lose-lose for you. Other than taht, Both of the legendaries have pretty much the same attack, but Palkia can also learn Surf, which is one of the better water moves. It is probably the best HM move too That move is better than what Dialgao would have as a steel "equivalent" which would probably be flash cannon or something like that. Those aren't as good.

I prefer Diamond cos Tyranitar and Aggron are both are very strong pokemons that helped me in many gym battles in other pokemon games

Gym Battles are EASY. No point in saying that. But watabout against other players? like wifi battling? Probably lost huh.

I would prefer Pearl because Palkia is stronger than Dialga ( I think)...Palkia has only 1 weakness, Dragon... while Dialga has 2 (?), Fighting and Ground...and since Palkia has a higher speed, it can attack a Dialga with Arua Sphere before Dialga can actually attack Roar of Timeif what I think is right, the Dialga will faint in that attack already But Tyranitar is on Diamond *sigh*

True, Dialga has more weaknesses, but because of its steel typing, it has WAY more restances too. Aura Sphere won't OHKO Dialga, but it will most likely take away around half of its health. I'm glad you brought that up as a prime attack for Palkia against Dialga.Also, with the speed, if you get good a good fast battle, it would prably be this:Palkia w/ Aura Sphere

There. Palkia is better than Dialga. End of story.The only way for Dialga to win is to be a substall, and i doubt any of you wold want to use that moveset for a legendary pokemon. Makes it look bad. And i doubt any of you even know what it means.

I'm going to have to cast a vote for Pearl, mostly because sooo many people got Diamond, so all the exclusives of Diamond will be as easy to get as the kid's DS next door. With diamond, you will have a harder time collecting them all.

I would have to say diamond is better. Everyone always seems to get one type, eg Red > Blue, and Gold > Silver. Thats how i see it anyway. Also i love syther (my fav pokemon), and i find the gameplay better.

How the hell is the gameplay better? They are essentially the same game.

I'd choose pokemon diamond, because the exclusive pokemons seem better to me.. But the main reason is still the legendary pokemon.

Dialga Sucks. Palkia is better. I BET that if palkia was the pokemon on teh diamond cover, and it had diamonds ,you wouldn't pick Pearl with Dialga. That's a fact, nub. Cuz there's no way dialga > Palkia. Palkia is stronger than palkia. Only looksi can make much of a difference.
