None of the FF game's I've played were bad listed here: (FF I & II GBA, FF III DS, FF IIII Not the new one for DS old GBA/VBA Didn't finish x.x, FF V wow, don't remember.., FF VI? Uhh, Don't remember, lets skip then up to X, FF X yep played for PS2, disliked, But not bad, FF XI uhh. Barely played only for a week, Okay. Not Bad, FF XII my fav. , FF XIII ME PLAI OR DAI ) Ish gonna rock ^.^

I can tell final fantasy is slowly getting worse. If this next one isent good they will just keep going downhill. So lets hope it's good.

This game is sad going to be there best Final Fantasy game yet .They started making this game b4 they made Final Fantasy 12 and i think FF13 is only 57% done now it might be more I havnt looked at the stats for a while.

Final Fantasy XIII.... Who cares, I don't.... :yawn:I used to be a die-hard Final Fantasy fanboy, ever since FF7, but with the way they are taking things these days I'm jumping off this band-wagon, mostly I just hate the Real-Time combat of FF12 it made that game almost unbearable to play for me.I'm Still waiting for those MORONS at SquareEnix, to come to their senses 
and do a FULL remake of Final Fantasy VII for PS3. ;)The Final Fantasy series is starting to get way too "contemporary"... Real-Time combat... (which I hated in FFXII, did I mention that...) Flashy Graphics... (Story > Graphics), lots of asian motifs, like in Advent Children, not that thats nessisarily bad, I actually quite enjoyed it there, its just when you see it too much it gets old fast, and I honestly prefer a more Realistic look over an artists interpretation...Lots of innovations... yeah, yeah, whatever, game developers can be idiots sometimes... If I want Real-Time combat I'll buy a hack and slasher, not an RPG, good lord... XDAll most people want and most die-hard fans of Final Fantasy just want a game with a great story, and good character depth, character depth is absolutely the most important aspect of any RPG, if the characters aren't interesting then theres nothing the get excited about. I personally prefer turn-based combat, but they are starting to move away from that and its irritating the heck outta me. Less is more.I'll keep an eye on this game, but at this point I could really care less... FFXII looked amazing, but was a mediocre game compared to the other Final Fantasies. They need to really "WOW" me to get me to care about their next one, and when I say "WOW" I don't mean graphics.Untill they go back to their roots and use what works instead of trying to be Nintendo and think of the most idiotic way of making themselfs go bankrupt, i'm not interesting in anything SquareEnix is selling these days.

It'll be awesome, after looking at the trailer and such.But how ever the game will be not for XBox or XBox 360 if it does tho the company who made the game will be destroyed by the own law the made which is they will not make any game for the XBox or the 360 so get over it."Triedge"

13 is going to be multiplatform but I think Versus is still PS3 exclusive. At least I hope so. The game looks great, I just hope they don't dumb it down for the 360 so we PS3 players have to suffer a sub par game.

In Final Fantasy VI, Terra was the main character, and she was a girl. I dont see why people hated FFXII, you get used to the battle system, the story was pretty bad since there was no character development, but I stick around for all the extras I've been playing for 130 hours and almost done getting everything ^^FFX was a disappointment for me, and FFX-2 was when they really screwed up since the movie Spirits Within. It was okay the first time I played it, but when I tried playing it later on, I just got tired of it :/ I blame the lame fanboys who decided to join the FF series since FFVII. No there is not going to be a FFVII for PS3. Its a good game, and I luv it, but its not even considering being remade. I'm going to stick around Final Fantasy until it forever closes, which I hope is not during my lifetime.I'm not that excited, FFXII was just downhill, the battle system was really bad, it's not possible to combine turn based and action fighting (like KH) and make it a battle system it'll be terrible they have to fix it.And for the 1st time i heard 4 the first time the main character is going 2 b a girl.

Its Final Fantasy its gunna be great, even if it is made by enix(ugh)Plus versus looks sounds great and everything looks near cg, heard the battle system for FF13 is a Heavily Updated Version of ff12, so hopefully it'll be fun this time. Did I mention that Shiva and Ifirt are in it? Sold!

I'm sorry but I don't think so that it will be good, as a big FF Fan since FF1. I think that squaresoft was 10x better w/o squareenix. FF12 just confirmed that for me. They're starting to make graphics a coverup for their crappy character development and story. Look at 12, they were starting to take some elements from star wars. The judges looked like stormtroopers with their helmets on. The evil empire the heroes trying to stop the rise of the evil ruler. The main character was a complete idiot, and the only actual good characters were Basch and Balthier the others were disappointing. This was also a trend in KH2 not exactly star wars but the added the forms and the dynamic reaction part in the game to coverup for crappy character development. In KH1 (by squaresoft) you could attach to the characters, there was more emotion, it was more entertaining it had a few "jokes". KH2, was "oh we couldn't think of anything so we took this guy that looks exactly like ansem from KH1 and we'll just change his name and we'll also add new monsters". Squaresoft made FF1-FF10 & KH1 they had everything, and just cause they made a bad movie they had to merge with Enix who with them made KH2, FFX-2, FF12. Now if you watch a trailer of FFXIII, you'll notice its starting to go more futuristic the main weapon is a gun. If you're using guns how could you blend that with like fire magic and swords. I'm sorry but can squaresoft please separate from Enix.

Might want to correct yourself slightly, there were Two Terrible Titles in the Final Fantasy Series; FFII and FFX-2. FFII felt like there was no particualr direction, it was just "do what you feel like" and the battle system sucked balls. And FFX-2....since when do game developers turn such a great series into a girly set of games? It did nothing to help their sales; if anything, it hurt them more, not just their sales for that game, but for the games after as well. The dress spheres took FAR too long to completely fill and the story REQUIRED you to play it a second time to get the 100% completion if you missed even the slightest little thing the first time around - it could be as minor as picking up a treasure chest! Definitely could have done better. Overall, I think FFXIII will be a success but we will have to wait and see.I think that it will be good. Every FF is good (cept 2). If they just stayed with the old formula then i would be good. I hope that they take some risks like they did with XII. That was a great game.

Why would u think that? FFXII was an amazing game, actually gameplay was better than all the others if u ask me. I hope they make FFXIII similar to itwell, as a Final Fantasy fan...i think its gonna be a stupid just like XII.

As far as i have seen, i dig the graphic, and the new battle system is damn cool (though i hope that they don't go to far in this direction in later games or it will no longer be strategy but action).Though the summons are a tad awkward, but you can't get it at all as they say.Hope the game will come out soon.
