I tried this game and its awesome... Its actually different now but the story line got more amazina.. although the plot is like the same as others.

I played the demo for this game, and i have to say this game really sucks. The fact that you play with a man-cat is just so stupid. It doesnt look nearly as good as the FF series ofr even Xenosaga.

The graphics are a great deal better than the previous of the series. I wanted to get it for XMas but it won't be released till January

I'd have to say I'm a fan and will be picking it up when it comes out. I loved the 3rd one and am currently searching to buy the first 2. I also recently bought the Mangas for 3. I think the graphics are unique and are great. I'm a strong believer that graphics shouldn't make the game but the story should and I'm one who loves the world of Suikoden.

It's pretty good, the story kinda lacks, but the amount of characters and the graphics are awesome

Go back to only buying what Square-Enix makes then, fanboy.And you also said Xenosaga is a better game than any other RPG, so therefore, you phail.Kthxbai.Suikoden 4 is great. Besides getting from place to place before you get Viki (or when you are travelling to a new place) this game is excellent. Of course, not as good as Suikoden 2, but very few games can aspire to meet that greatness. the game is excelelnt, living in the UK the third game was never released so had to wait much longer to get a suikoden fix and I must say it was well worth the wait, its got a totally different feel to the 2 previous games i've played and i think that is no bad thing

The Suikoden games can't be summed up in a demo. They start slow, usually taking a few hours to get good -- and then they shine. However, if you're the kind of person who grades games on graphics then you won't likely enjoy the Suikoden games anyway.I played the demo for this game, and i have to say this game really sucks. The first two are WAY better than the third one. EBay is really your best bet for getting a decent price on copies in good condition.I'd have to say I'm a fan and will be picking it up when it comes out. The Suikoden games each chronicle a different war in a different part of the world. They're also removed from each other in time. So when the stars of destiny are called, they can't be the same person unless they're still alive. Well the game is good but the story isn't the deepest.Ill say its an average game that is good to buy and what I like the most about it is the character overflow, you can really those that suits you, reminds me of chrono cross.Say were the first Suikodens on super nintendo? Because I remember a game that got me hooked long ago in wich there were so much characters... What I remember was that there was three kinds of fights; the classic rpg one, the one on one fight and one that was more like a war... If you know please tell me.

Suikoden one was good for story, but I LOVED Number two, I thought it was an amazing game. I haven't played number 3 yet but this is where number four comes in, I liked the graphics and I liked the gameplay, The story was great too, it's just it's not changed as much as I'd hoped it too, I mean I was hoping for so much and it turned out to be a disapoitnment. I think I expected way too much and didn't get what I wanted in the end. Still there are a nice selection of chars.

I don't know if this game is worth picking up....Several reviews that I have read said that graphically it isn't nearly as good as it could have been and some of the towns you visit aren't as expansive as they should be...Also, do you really fight seaweed in this game?
