the ds was very good but i never played the gba one so i would say the ds mario kart is better

The online play is great if you don't get paired up with any hackers. I love it when I find 3 other people to play against and they lap me 2 before I can complete my first lap. It makes me sick when that happens. Though, if you find people to play against who don't cheat then the experience is just freaking amazing.Why hasn't anyone mentioned Online Play with MKDS? IT'S AWESOME.

I would honestly have to say that Mario Kart DS would win that battle.The GBA version was amazing, but to have the ability to play online (1 of my fav things) beats the GBA version by a mile.you can have a lot more fun over online gaming, but the fact that you have more tracks and the graphics are alot better, DS version beats GBA.

I think not a fair competition because mario kart advance is so behind with the graphic and gameplay so of course on this will win the wonderful DS hehe...

mariokart for the ds is a mix of all the previous karts, plus the gameplay is much more dynamic.

i say the ds one is definaty better because they have better graphics and more tracks and charaters then the advance witch you get bored after you know you cant beat your record no more

i think that mario cart on gba was much better tha mario cart DSgba version was such a "fresh" game and you had much more tracks than in DS version

Mario Kart DS blew Super Circuit out of the water, if you ask me. Don't get me wrong, the GBA game wasn't bad, but my interest in it died rather quickly compared to other titles in the series. Also, yes, I know this thread's over three years old, but I still like to provide my opinion. Sometimes.
