I think that a mix of both is best for a desent story in a game...

Mix is good, because no game is good without adventure in it.

I like mixture of RPG and adventure games. I like to "level up" and I like quest but, sometimes RPG is too... complex and boring with statistic and number.

Not sure im in the middle tho i do love games like oblivion for the infinite replay value. Most adventure games like legend of zelda are boring once u beat them.

i like rpg more... umm adventure is the one ur basically jus trunning to left or right of the screen right? O-o im not sure... but regardless my favorite type of games are rpg

Thats not an adventure game... They are usually call point and click, think of rpgs without fights or character builds, instead add a lot of puzzles and some humour (90 % of the times even serious games have funny dialogs, like "Broken Sword"), I would put my money on adventure games, cause they usually have more diverse plot that "lets save the world from the bad guy" and i hate training in the rpgs with the exeption of pokemon O_O, mmm my top 3 of favorite games are adveture ones in no order:01 Myst (Immersive, i beat it in 2 days playing around 6 hours each day, and i didnt feel like i was playing so much time)02 The Last Express (So realistic with amazing graphics lots of backstory, lots of character interaction, amazing voice-acting, and Hot main character ;-), the violinist not Roberth Cath)03 The Curse Of ;Monkey Island (Funier than any disney movie, plus amazing puzzles and a nice main character)

I would like something like RPG + Adventure. But without RPG, im as good as dead XD.

Check Out Quest For Glory series u lvl up and solve a lot of puzzles

i only play rpg games, i think its just because they are more challenging and a lot of funI did play adventure games like a dragon ball z game but it really sucked(sorry for the harrasment)

People dont see the diference between adventure games and action adventure... http://en.wikipedia....Adventure_games
