Yes to the first, no to the second. Sephiroth was easy if you have Cloud's Omni-Slash Limit Break, and if you are equipped properly, however, when it comes to the weapons, that's a whole different story. Tell me someone who actually beat all the weapons in the game.Contra is easy. But what is really hard is to beat COMPLETELY FFVII(defeating all the weapons and sephiroth lv. 99)

I'm not sure if I already posted here but the hardest game I've played is the original Megaman. I still haven't beaten it yet.

Halo 1 PC on Legendary. I can't get ast the third level. I've beaten all the others but the third level is godly on legendary. Therea about a billion sword carrying Elites, and you have to protect Keyes, who keeps dieing.

The most challenging game I've ever played is the first Splinter Cell for PS2. Maybe it's because I don't have the patience/compassion not to kill people/wait for them to pass, but I always ended up killing too many people and I'd fail the mission.

I would say Ninja Gaiden Black from the Xbox. It is the hardest I ever played so far and still unfinished.

Yea, I'd have to agree that game was so hard. Super Ghouls n' Ghosts also had frustrating jumping controls too, that alone made it super hard.Super Ghouls and Ghosts on SNES

FF8because its not just about beating the game, its about jacking up your stats, keeping your gf's pumped up, card games if you like taht, and there are so many things to collectand unlike other FF games, you dont just GET all the gfs, you can miss some and nothing will tell you taht you did until its to late

I say the Grand Theft Auto games. I've had some for like 5 years and I'm no where near completing them.Of course when you cheat it's easy, but that takes the fun out of it.

Serious Sam: The Second Encounter-without codes and on hard,believe the game isn't easy to beat.Vice City-I don't know many people hwo beat the game without using cheats...Battletoads(nes)-I never even got past the jet-bike lvl

tekken tag tournament is the most challenging game to me.It's harder to do juggles then tekken 5 and you have to stay in sync with your 2 characters.

i dont really remember if it was super hard but i remember having troubel with IQube back in the day on ps1. I was pretty young but it was so challenging! I wanna play it again to see if i still suck at it.
