Don't listen to him it RULES!Time consumption- it took me about 9 hours to beat GOW2 which is about the same as the first but it felt way longer then the first one.Difficulty- about the same. The air battles can be rather tough and so can the puzzles. Zeus I felt was easier then Ares but on Spartan mode he's a ***** and a half. Gameplay- about the same but they did tweak it just a bit. Kratos can do a few differant things as far as grabs. The major differance is the replacment of the ropes with Kratos being able to swing with his blades and climb on celings using the blades. That I have to say is one of the best additions to the game. All in all it's a fabulous game. Buy it as soon as you can.dont buy it it sucks

I beat GoW 2 alot faster than the first one, but everything else in 2 is WAY better, and they added Titan mode which is far superior to God Mode from the original.How does it compare to number 1 in:-Time consumption-Difficulty and-GameplayI have heard that the storyline is better, I shall see If i buy it.I mostly ask because I'm hesitant to pay the high cost for the game when I barely think that God of War 1 was worth the $20 I payed for it.

well the truth I liked both god of war, because of the gamestyle and the storyline, but you have to see what you want from a game.

yeah its cool and haunted gameits much better thn the first one but I C tht in GOD 2 there r much analogged and l8est controls and even better grafiks.U mus not miss the third version for the PS3

God of war 2 was CRAZY!Deeper story, updated graphics, heapz more bosses, it totally brought out and improved the best parts of number 1

naaaa ur all crazy.....gow1 was da best. it was original, looked sexy,and had mad cut scenes. god2 is just the same thing except different weapons and powers <(@.@)>

So would I fellow gamer, so would I. Each game has characteristics that make it good. Wonder when they'll come out with GOWIII? Cause I know they will.it doesnt really matter anyway god of war 1 and 2 are amazing games and i would choose both if i could

I think God of War 2 is better....i really enjoyed both though. Looking forward to getting it on PSP although I wonder if it will be as good.
