Personally, this question aroused when someone previously asked how to hack, and I saw a feel people get heated up on the topic. I thought I'd see how most of the community views hackers.I feels in non pvp games, hackers help bring down prices by putting more items on the market..In pvp games, i think hackers should die. The point of pvp is to be better than the next guy. It's a rather hard when a person has hacks.
Hackers, what is your thought on them?

It's kind of difficult to be gratified by an achievement when some random schmo can match and beat you with a few lines of code. I say lynch 'em.

Nothing was more annoying back in my Socom Online days than a hacker or glitcher. I'm sure knowing the hacks or glitches is good for that person but it really defeats the purpose of the game when people cheat in PVP. Hacking on regular play doesn't seem that bad but it's seems like it would be hard to enjoy a game when you can breeze through it with hacks.

Hackers on Red Faction now can be cool cos they can make some maps and change guns and stuff for more fun

in any FPS i love hackers, they're always so predicatable, plus you get twice the enjoyment out of killing them

Hackers it depends on what their doing,In games like maple story, it doesn't bother me that their hacking unless they are looting off other people or ksing. Like some people said above hackers are lazy because they can't put the effort or time into training like 24/7 to get to high lvls. Also they make the prices cheaper for the game market.But hacking in pvp games is wrong, theres not really a point to hack in pvp games, it makes the game boring unless they find it enjoyable as their opponents whine and complain about them hacking.

I think hackers in Player versus player can ruin a game. But when it is Player versus enviroment they dont harm much.

I hate them. People who hack do it because they suck at the game in the first place. Thats why they hack. When I use to play socom online. People would go into walls. I had someone tell me how to do it later just in case someone else wanted to be an butthole and do it. On Saints Row I had people called me a hacker because I killed them all even thought I can't do the hacks.

if u mean Hackers: The Makers of the Action Replaythen they are the bestthey make the games a little less boringit makes the impossible happenLighten up ppl, its just a damn game, dont pretend like u havent been bored with games latelyhackers simply enhance them, dont complain cuz ppl dont wanna beat games fairly anymore

For those who think hackers are good, gosh, you really have such a bad attitude, think again. Say i give a scenario: if a hacker hacks into your online game account and changes the password... not good. Am i right?? Hackers also import viruses to infect the entire net.... that's bad indeed.

Personally, I have hacked in Non-PvP games before, like MapleStory (and more...), but I have also had the feeling of other people hacking before when I hadn't started hacking yet...Hackers ARE annoying, PvP or Non-PvP, but no harm done! I don't overreact because it's just a game...hackers hack because they are REALLY REALLY sick of losing or maybe they don't have time to play but still love to play. Having been a hacker before I completely understand, so I don't care if hackers hack...as long as they don't disrupt me.Hackers in PvP games...they ruin the game, but so what? Just play with someone else! Be a sport. Give hackers a chance. If possible, though...you could try to talk them into not hacking. That is the reason I don't hack anymore now...a friend of mine talked me out of it. This way you can help someone! Isn't that nice.[EDIT:]Sorry! I didn't know what "hacking" meant...do you mean that they hack into other people's accounts, or using cheats to make them powerful? Because if it were hack other people's accounts...that is truly very bad. It completely just denies their morales...
