From what I've been hearing, some Korean companies are really starting to hit big in many of Sony's previously undisputed fields (LG, Hyundae, and the other weird conglomerates.) and with the massive losses that Sony's been having with the PS3, they might have to start narrowing their reach soon.Full bankruptcy is still a bit far fetched though, they're pretty well established I have to agree.

Nintendo wont go down because of the franchaise its built up, and the other 2 companies build other thigns that just consoles so none will go down unless they buy each other out or merge.

agreed if sony keeps up with the ps3's high cost and bad games they will lose a lot of profit and will have to have to stop selling ps3'sobviously Sony, It's Expensiveness and dissposable products will make him to die in the world of consoles, also Blu ray sucks

Sony, nintendo or microsoft, wich of this companies will go out of the video games bussines...In my opinion: microsoft.Sony and Nintendo got a long way...i mean if microsoft dont do something their console will dissapear,

Judging by their recent mistake, I think it is possible that sony could be first, but because Nintendo is sorta going downhill, I think they are also likely. I think at this point, microsoft is the only one that is staying strong.

I know I didn't read all 3 pages, but I had enough of your ranting at page one, I think that's enoughHonestly, if I were you, at this point I would be happy that I wasn't banned after such comments, and if you haven't been through this forum yet, that is what most of the eggs (newcomers) do, and yes, it makes me angry too, you're right, it does bring down the integrity of a community such as this, but at least act civilized, just think to yourself that you know personally that you are better than that, answer the question is if everything were perfect, or correct the question how it should be, and move on, by ranting the way you did, I think that brings you down to his level, and I know you are above that, so act above that, I almost think this forum needs a forum mediator to break up the fights that happen here, geeznow, since we are all happy now, I think that PlayStation (Sony) Will go down first, they are avery powerful company, but their products are overpriced and at least for me, tend to run into problems, and this is the whole Sony company, including their sub-par computers, I have a locationfree problem, i have some minor problems with the PSP, the PS3 is just plainly overpriced, too overpriced in fact, so overpriced I can't afford the PS3, the PS2's front beizel gets clogged with dust and gets to the laser, making it unable to read discs, and the graphics weren't that great for the PS1, which was supposed to be better than the N64, which happened to have better graphics, Sony also makes some really great products, but then again, it's so expensive you have to work as a CEO in a major business just to afford half the price of those productsSecondly would have to be Microsoft, Microsoft has done a lot better, and they make one of the, can't say best, um, widely used OSs around the world, so they have some backbone in the XBOX, if you want an HD console, this is probably your best bet, but yet console wise, not as great as Nintendo, they do have a nice setup with the XBOX live but pretty soon, you will be able to do the same thing on Wii, I did have some minor problems with the XBOX, but not as bad as I had with Sony products (playstation), so XBOX (Microsoft) is in the middleAnd finally, Nintendo, they can't go down, no matter how bad Nintendo can get, they will never fail, they are invincible, they have lasted many years AND have beaten ATARI and SEGA, and even SEGA had a good fight, but lost to the almighty Nintendo, now Nintendo uses SEGA games (Wii VC), so Nintendo will last for years and years and years to come, whatever they did at day one worked, because I never see that business falling anytime soonI type like a 5 year old? Out of the consoles? I personally think that Nintendo will probably fail first... The Wii isn't much of an improvement of the Gamecube, so they failed in that

Microsoft. the Xbox 360's die very easily i know plenty whom have gone through like 2-4 and keep buying. the only reason it does so well in america i feel, is because of patriotisim. Xbox was also released around a time when national pride was high. but like manythings ive noticed microsoft is mroe computer oriented than game oriented, and the Xbox 360 isnt as durable.

Yeah microsoft hasnt been in the video game console business too long, they will probably go out of business before anything else. The only reason most of the people bought 360 is for Halo 3

definitely sony. they're losing money too fast in all areas they deal in. sony just doesn't mean quality like it used to. and to all who say nintendo bc all they do is games. they also produce anime, own an american baseball team, playing cards, and they keep expanding.
