it'ss the best and there is always the chance for a game like that to make its appearence in the dsI'm curious as to what the most popular DS strategy game is. Please share your opinion. Is there a future for fire emblem on the ds?

Well right now it is Advance Wars Dual Strike but later on in 2008 it will be Fire Emblem DS

An old favorite of mine is Cid Miere's Civilization, I've just seen it on the NDS ROMs List but I'm not yet sure if it works well with this console.Heres to the fun of discovery B)

Advance wars for now, the series is great, though I do prefer Fire Emblem to it(no FE game on DS yet), but in a few months, Disgaea DS arrives, and that will then become the best strategy game on the DS. NIS games are awesome.

I believe advance wars dual strike as well as age of empires are both really great games. Infact, i liked age of empires because of their consistent ability in bringin in history into gaming.

fire emblem would be the best but since no fire emblem i's on ds (right now, they are developing one), i think that it would be worms 'cause its very funny adictive and easy to play and has wi fi connection!!

Advance Wars was my favorite strategy game on the GBA and is still my favorite strategy game on the DS.

maybe it's just me but i think most of the strategy games on the DS so far are just junk. Ps2's got some good SRPGs though
