Any pokemon that can learn all the moves you need for transportation/access to places. I don't like wasting move slots on my favorite pokemon.

Yeah the no type weakness thing for sableye is pretty awesome, though it's true of Spiritomb as well. The obvious answer to most useful is Smeargle cuz you can teach him -any- HM moves if you know how to do it right.

I like zigzagoon and all pokemon, that have 3 evolution states. Just because I like it how the pokemon gets stronger step by step, and also looks cooler after every evolution.

i think ambipom is the most useful because it can learn all kinds of TMs and can even get random items (Pickup ability)

Eevee, not only does it have the most evolutions and flexibility, It can learn most of the Normal-type HMs so you have a HM slave as well as a way to fill a part of your Pokedex.

Sandshrew because it could almost learn every useless but necessary move also Gyarados was good for this

my most useful Pokemon is Gangar he is the best when it coems to pokemon that flee after 1 move, he has mean look and hypnosis and if you keep him a hunter long enough his speed will be extreamly high and will always go first
