Without game saves, it would be one of the simplest yet most complicated games out there... Plus that it has a cartoon counterpart.

i think its popular cause anyone can play it. its super simple. just catch pokemon and make them beat up on other pokemon to get stronger to beat up stronger pokemon....

whaha i played all sort of pokemon games...bascially all of them are fun...going round gaining exp...finding sorts of pokemon....just too many things to do in pokemon games...

Pokemon is just that fun. I mean you have tons of different Pokemon to choose from, plus you have all these moves to choose from. It's more of a personality thing. Plus, it's fun taking out Pokemon and battling with other people to test your skill.

well believe it or not that's a little complicated to explain. First its addictive, why? well, lots of reasons. I think one of them is the diversity of "animals" the game has. Every person in the world should be able to identify themself with at least one of these 496 "animals". Now, the raising part of the game is cool the trading's cool and the fact that the game is engineered so that you practically won't have all the pokes unless you beat other games of the franchise is cool and makes addictive as well. Now, the fact that you get to do a lot of things with your pokemons besides battle is cool as well. Well there are many factors indeed that makes this game so addictive and not only to kids but to grown-ups as well (grown-ups meaning teens and young men and women). Besides, it's portable (the games of course) and that means you get to take your pokemons wherever you may roam and trde them! it's pretty complicated to explain as i have stated before, i could go on and on.

It's an easy to play, well rounded turned base RPG. You gain XP, you get to capture your characters...and duel other players. -doc-

Pokemon is big because of the show and the cards. We all grew up wit em( if ur my age anyways) and almost all of us liked em at some point. Plus the games are actually good. Another thing is the PvP part where you can battle ur friends and trade

Pokemon is one of the most downloaded and bought games because since it is a classic and it was nominated to the top 5 best games of the year multiple times, the popularity is bound to go up.

is an ok game just not as great as other game such as Zelda Mario n FF but still good
ur jokin arent u the show is gay pikachu have the right to kill ask since he cant even catch him n team rocket should just give or die they cant live 4ever by all the thunder shock bolt whateverit is cool and is a good show too
