AOE is one of the greatest series ever. I love it even though i was never good at rts's

age of mythology is a great game i think. now i play AoE 3 and its ok, but maybe not as good like AoE 2. the hole series isnt diffrent from one another, just better graphic.

AoE 1 & 2 are great in both singleplayer and multiplayer but aoe 3 sucks

I've played AoE II and Mythology since I was a little tyke, but AoE III is an abomination, it doesn't follow the old, medieval ways of AoE, even Mythology stays on track. I hate the idea of the Indians and Settlers, they should have named it differently rather then insulting AoE.

it's like starcraft and warcraft but it has this different feel.... some whole new feeling that I just love and I hate SC and WC

I played AoE I, II and AoM for days, damn what a good games they are, I played the demo version of III but i thought it sucked and didn't gave the feeling of the other 3 games.

well, i had AOE 2 and 3. i thought 2 was great, but 3 took up too much space, memory, everything. i got AOE 2 off of limewire and AOE 3 off of bittorrent. but, ya, it's not that bad.i think u'd better stick to AOE 2 and the expansion, and get AOE 3 only if u have a good computer to play it on

I loooove at of themMy favorites would b Age of Empires 2 and Age of mythology. I find that the 3rd one got messed up a bit with the cards and leveling and stuff tho...One good thing about mythology how some units can b worth more then 1 population like how hydra was worth 5 if i remeber correctly.

I remember playing this game when I was around grade 3. =)) I think the installer is lost somewhere, so I don't really remember much. But I loved this game~

I've played all of them. I played AoE demo in 2000. I bought AoK/AoE2 in 2006, and AoE1 in 2007. I tried the AoE3 demo, but it lagged too much on my computer, and it was boring. The original is the best, although I'm really bad at it

The third one wasn't good until TAD because many of the units were just repeats of each other.AoM/AoT were better in terms of gameplay.

I have every age of empires game, but age of empires II will always be the best in my eyes, it's my favorite time period in a game.

I have all but the third AoE, so I cannot judge that. Of the two first ones, I can say that they're quite accurate on the history they show and even if the stories were false, they're all constructed quite well, IMO.I'm a fairly good player in strategy games, and not long ago I got the second place on a tourney of AoE held at my friend's place. Putting aside the multiplayer-/random map-games, I've been successful in completing the game on the highest difficulty with relatively small amout of retrys and save/loads.

My friend said you can download AOE free somewhere, any1 has a clue ? I been looking at the local game store but they only have some old boring PC games beside all the PS, xbox, wi-fi stuffs.

I own Age of Empires I & III. I think there fun games. Takes a while to get adjusted, and to find which civilization your good at but all in all there good.

In AoE II, I love Spanish the most for their REALLY long ranged cannon galleons and having advantage with their artillery, and Byzantines for their almost perfect tech tree (except perhaps skirmishers... ? ).

And in case you want to ask where do you find torrents, try www.piratebay.orgAOE III is fun. Although some civilisations are just plain boring (to me), it never gets old.
