i LOVED the aoe 1&2.3 is kinda boring.the first two had stories.interesting stories at that.

I love this series as a whole. Unfortunately, I started with II, then Mythology and III before going back to try I, and could not get interested in it. I agree that it probably is a brilliant game, but I feel I got used to the features introduced in the newer ones and missed them to much to bother to play the first too much.

OMG I love all of the games, even though i only have both ofe the AoE II games, but i have downloaded the trial of AoE III, its the best

i love age of empires, when they came out i had to have them,same here Age of empire 2 was the best for me, Age of empire 3 was a let down

I'd say age fo mythology is the best. I quite like how ti combines the economy with the mythology and military aspect. Tbh I just love the norse bit, snowy landscapes where I can summon giants to trample my oponents buildings, aaaah, good times

I've played II, III, Mythology, and now I'm currently in the Closed Beta for AoM Online. Favourite was Mythology, so I was happy to see elements from it in the Online.

I liked Age of Empires 2 the best. But I like them because of the strategy, story line, and the Persians with the War Elephant.

I have played both AoE 1 and 2. I like them because of their strategy genre. I also really liked the graphics of AoE 2.

The 2nd was my favorite, I spent quite a few hours on that one. Of course this was after I got burnt out from my hours and hours of starcraft

1st time I've ever played AoE was with 6 and I've never stopped liking it since then, even though 3 is no as good as previous ones.
