been around 20 years and is still very strong don't see why it coulden't go another 20....

I think it will, unfortunately, in a long time, when the world is starving for new heroes and new ideas. But even then, people like us will still enjoy playing them all.

legend of zelda will keep going to the future.each time a new legend of zelda comes out it is one of the greatest hit for its platform, because one of them that make it a great game is there is no repitition, each new game have new items that will help you in your quest to save zelda

i think they need to chain games together , start at the beginning all over again , and follow a series of games. An example would maybe remake Zelda OOT , and continue on from it , or the newest version , make a continue of it. Hate always having to kinda redo the same thing over and over. Personally i think it will die eventually , as do all things , but it will continue to be a great dependable game until the day it stops being so.

Nintendo lives and dies by its big-name series. Zelda can't die, it just wouldn't make sense financially.

As long as Zelda brings in money for Nintendo and probally a few games after people stop playing, they will continue to make it and thats fine by me cuz I love the game.

It won't die, IMO. It's a huge franchise and a classic series. Just look at the number of titles the series has now, on multiple platforms. It didn't die before, so it won't die for a long time to come.

No. Its like Sonic, Mario, Final Fantasy. The games will go on and on with more stupid weird twists each times. However they'll never been as good as the first bunch, but they'll add all kinds of neat features im sure. (like a Zelda game thats Multiplayer through the story and such, or a mario "IN THE FUTURE!11" sort of thing)
