I use: FCE Ultra for NES games; Snes9x for SNES games; Visual Boy Advance for GBx games; Gens for Genesis/Sega CD/32x games; Final Burn Alpha for Arcade and NeoGeo; and DeSmuME for NDS games.I also have Muper64 and Project64, but rarely use them, as so does Dega (Game Gear). Lastly, I've been considering using PSXjin, but Norton keeps bugging me by auto-deleting the emu.

snes9x and zsnes for pc stuffs, gameboid, gbcoid, geneoid, on android *badumtshh* sorry XDalso looking into possibly getting a card to emulate on the 3ds, but that's a planning idea ^^;

nes, snes, sega, playstation, gba, nds, saturn, turbograph, ps2..... i have all of them 
for nes - nestopia
for sega - kega fusion - for all sega consoles
gba - vba
nds - desmume
ps - epsxe
ps2 - well, you know it. it's the only emu for this console

I have VisualBoyAdvance for the GBA and NO$GBA for the NDS. Both work great!
