The Ds is deffinatly the best handheld, if nintendo would cut the new ideas crap and go with the tried and true methods

i just got my hands on a korean gp2x from gamepark holdings. Paid around $200 with other accessories. I love it. Though, I heard it used to be a pain loading data onto SD cards, I have not had any problems (maybe this is due to the 3.0 firmware). i haven't tried playing any roms, just gp2x freeware games and commercial demos. The games are way more fun than I originally expected. Was thinking about getting a GP32 Blu (the older one) but there's an emulator for it on the gp2x that I downloaded (but haven't tested, probably slow though). i also have a gba but i am looking forward to getting a ds or a psp. ---fiveoh

If its just the handheld only (disregarding the games and other "external features") I would choose PSP...But over-all I would choose DS because of its games!!!

Game Boy Advance and the Nintendo DS! The GBA was the start for many series/franchises, and Pokemon was just awesome on there. The DS expanded what the GB series had started, features 2 screens, and has a touchpad! Plus, the graphical jump for the DS was pretty impressive, especially from what I saw with Metroid Prime: Hunters! I haven't played the DS much, but I hope the 'friend codes' are removed soon.

PSp the best budokai old fashion games brings a tear to my eye thinking that tenkaichi had to make a whole new gameplay system
