Hey guys, I need your help again. How do I transform real backgrounds into something that looks like an HQ or a Comic drawing? Thanks a lot in advance, this is urgent btw, REALLY urgent, please post if you do know how to do it ><

this will give you a some what comic-ish feel to it.1.) double-click the Color Halftone icon in the pixelate group on the styles and effects palette.2.) type 10 in the max radius (color size dot) field.3.) click okay***these are instructions for Photoshop elements regular Photoshop is hopefully similarhope this helps*** coming from 'Photoshop elements all in one reference for dummies' by Gary Bouton
