I think you are quite right about Metal Gear Solid 4 and Little Big Planet... but not too sure about Home or Folklore either; ever since its launch, Folklore didn't exactly get the best reception than I had originally thought. However, Devil May Cry 4 is also one too look out for (but thats in February so I don't know if that counts too). Also Assassin's Creed just came out and Call of Duty 4 is looking pretty damn sharp right now, so I think these games won't just save the PS3, but also give it a helpful boost over the holidaysI made a list of PS3 games that look promising. Though I haven't seen much of them, they all look promising.Little Big Planet:A game where you can create little creatures called "Sackboys" Which are like hackysacks with bodies. Customization fans rejoice, you can choose your sackboys fabric, facial expression, clothing, and little miscallenous items. The game plays like a sidescroller, and you work with other people to get through vast lands. And remember, sackboys are about the size of a small rat, so everything is very big.Maybe it's true what they say about big things coming in small packages.Home:Create a character, customize him/her, decorate your house, and hang out with friends. Now this most likely isn't your game if you want to attack things the whole time, but it's very relaxing. And Nintendo fanboys, dont get your Zelda boxers in a bunch. You already have one, it's just a lot cuter! That's right, Im talkin about Animal Crossing.Folklore:Remember, I haven't seen much of it, so I'll try to explain through the best of my knowledge. In the trailer, it looks like play as some spellcaster and you take control over beasts. It also takes advantage PS3's motion sensitive controller. A must-play for RPG fans.Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns Of Patriots:This game has the MGS fanboys jumping for joy! Although you probably dont eat snakes, the graphics look great, and looks like everything an stealth/shooting game should have. The graphics look phoenaminal. So there. PS3 went off to a rocky launch, but these games just might show it's true power.

The thing is theyre (excluding FF13) are all readily available on a less expensive system. Its kinda like buying really expensive steak and getting a discount because you know a chef.i've been watch trailers of assians creed for days now, and i think it along with Final Fantasy will save the PS3 never count out GTA it is a Playstation stable
Heavenly sword smells like God of War and feels just like it. Only major diffrence is the button configuratrion.Heavenly Sword durh? that game is sick.

The comment about guitar hero was pointless. Thats like saying something is easy becasue you dont chalange yourself. There is something called a learning curve, if you tried a difficult level you would expereince it. Man, brain surgery is so easy! sure I only picked up the scalpel and made an incision, but WOW! I think Ill try rocket science.Well i dont know but next year i have to buy a ps3 no matter what. so far i only want one game for the ps3 and thats Disgaea 3. I like disgaea a lot more thatn guitar hero because guitar hero was too easy. I could play in medium mode like nothing but i only play the game like once every other month since i dont have it and when i say once i mean i play formabye 10 minutes. I can play hard but im not good on it since im not used to orangesince i never play it. But I would buy the ps3 just for disgaea.
Uncharted is a pretty tasty looking game.I don't think it would sae the system, but uncharted is the best looking game on any console.
Yeah, I think a remake of FF7 Would have a bigger impace than 13 mostly because after 7-8-9 and (kinda) 10 the games have been kinda lame. 11 was a carbon copy of everquest and lacked things like, action color and good mmo basic game play. 12 was a let down I could see amature mistakes that they made in the character models. 10-2 was something that shouldnt of happend. So with everyone with 2/17ths of a functioning brain would be fairly unexcited for 13 compared to how they would feel if 6-7 and 8 were remixed (thats hip hop for refreshed and tweaked)Out of the list, MGS4 will give the PS3 a boost. I don't think it will save it, but it will help. Final Fantasy will also help too. I think the thing that would save the PS3 the most is that sqaure just remake FF7 for the PS3. Why would they torture any of us and show a trailer for it? Well, anyways that is my opinion.
It is good, its just hard to program for. (It shouldnt of been that hard to do) That and sony made a few stupid mistakes that they shouldnt have.Save the PS3?It's a very good console, what's up with that?
