I'd have to agree on this too. At the time, there wern't as many scary themed games so it was really a new twist, for me anyway

Silent hill is Awesome, I remember getting it on the PS1 me and the hubby spent about 2 weeks playing it solid - that was pre- children of course.

The scariest game ive ever Played is probably Resistance Fall of Man cuz theres this one part where this freaky alien pops into the screen and it scared the s**t out of me.

REsident Evil 4, because the movement is freaking slow and the freaking camera, when i run, i thought the ganados will catch me up but it didn'tn even better, sometime they came from behind n strangle u n that really got me. So I leave the game for a few months, but the game is really good

FEAR was definitely up there on my list. It's not so much "ZOMG STUFF JUMPED OUT AT ME" as "o god static on the radio...that means something is going to happen..." And then, of course, nothing happens.
