Personally so far it would be silent hill Origins the story the dark world the bosses kinda creepy. for me it's the kinda games that just go BOO on ya.

hmm... i haven't played any of the scarier games such as resident evil or silent hill so the scariest game ive ever played is half life 2.

imma go with resident evil series. there are some pretty scary moments in that game(s), but RE4 wasnt so much scary as it is a shooter.

i hav problems with games like half life, counter strike or house of the deadthose games were your holding the "gun" and suddenly a zombie pops up (house of the dead) makes my hands shakespecially those games were your holding the "gun"

It has to be the first resident evil, even with all the hammy acting the first time you see the zombie in FMV its a sight to behold

I thought Zombies ate my neighbors was abit scary, you with the giant sand worms and the victims screaming when they have been eaten.

Resident Evil when it first came out. I thought it was a myst type game until I came across the first zombie.

well i havent played that many scary games but i will be soon when my bro takes my ps3 cause he paid half <.< ima play resident evil , not silent hill ill frek out to much and i will play it when no1 home to build ma courage 
i hope :Pbut scariest game ive played is gears of war at 3 o'clock in the morning but i was playin co-op wid ma mate so it wasnt that bad

the first time you cleared Vampires Bloodline: The Masqurade, especially the hotel.scared the crap out of me.
