i can give you one advice and that is not saying that you had a bigger homework you had to do so i took that one in prior. it gets most teachers pissed. my excuse is saying you have homework when you actuaaly dont have it. later you say you forgot to turn it in yesterday and give the homework the next day

i normally just beg forgiveness and tell them that I had a TON of essays and crap from other classes. It normally works, especially since it's normally true ... though I never said I actually DID those other essays

You should be doing your homework. The time you're using to think up of an excuse can be used for doing homework. If you can turn it in late, just do that. If you can't though, I'll just say it. You're screwed.

Nothing,I just plain forgot because i had monster-truckloads of other homeworks.I don't think monster truckloads are a big amount..

Simply what I would do in this situation is take someone else's homework before going in class. Right down any relevant points from it. Even if it's not the best or not a lot. Once you do that, give the homework back to your friend and keep your copied version with you.That's it! Just hand that in, and they're not really going to shout at you because they will see that you have done it.Maybe after they mark it and stuff, then they might screw a bit but at least you've done the homework.But NEVER do that if you got some important coursework or assignment where it counts towards your grade. In that case use any of the excuses mentioned in the previous 25-26 pages of this topic.

It was my grandmas 70th birthday and she isnt doing to well. I didnt have the time because my grandma was extremly sick and I had to take care of her. I was in another city to help my grandma. I had to leave because i Had to go back to school and the last thing my grandma said to me was "Do your best in school,would you?" I just nodded. I was so tired when i got home I stood there and looked at the paper, but all I came up was blank. Ill I could think about was my grandma and hoping she would get better. So I didnt get the homework done and im here now. Try that might work no gurantee

Computer problems are the most believeable, depending on how many times you used them.Just say that your computer broke down (in addition with a really believeable "upset" face)Work for me when I forgot a few things :rolleyes:But u should hand in ur homework, of course.Or try to remember to do it in the first place...

I always say that I had company over, relatives that I don't usually see.Because they can't begrudge me my family time Though only two relatives I talk to live in my city -- my mom who I live with, and my grandma whom I visit frequently.And they usually believe me, 'cause I'm a smart kid, not the type you'd think to be a slacker. LOL!

No really, I just got a puppy and he ate it. Usually works ,if they ask you what your puppy's called just make something up quickly like bullet or something. Dont hesitate or they'll be onto you quick smart.If they ask what breed it is your on your own or Make a bolt for the door.

When I want to get out of doing my homework, or simply forget about it, I can use excuses like; I recently moved, forgot it in my moms car, forgot it at school, lost it the assignment, did laundry while having the paper in pants pockets.. And so on

see, my brother takes me to school and drops me off, so you could say "i forgot it in my brother's car"or "i forgot it on the bus"i hope this helps

funny thing -- when my sister was little & in school, our dog actually tore up her homework. Apparently this teacher of hers was a **** too and wouldn't believe my sis so my dad put the slobbery pieces in a ziploc baggie & sent her to school with them. When the teacher asked for homework & my sister said she didn't have it cuz our dog ate it, the teacher tried to embarrass my sister and so my sis pulled out the bag of slobbery paper bits & the teacher quickly shut up.

Note: This will only work for things done on the computer.The excuse I used (occasionally true) is the my file somehow became corrupt and I had to make a new (insert project here) from scratch with only a few notes that I had with it.Best way is to make your file corrupt yourself, easiest to do with papers. The time that this was true was when my 12 page research paper couldn't be print at my house and it seems that the backup files I sent myself were all corrupt.

This normally happens to me on accident but the teacher allows me to turn in the assignment the next day without penalty. I almost always forget to attach the file with the mail. >_<Bonus points if its later at night. You can claim to be delerious.
