the evil organizations are a plot device used to enhance the game....but after awhile they get pretty unoriginal and annoying. i think they could come up with some new stuff. though some of things they say are pretty hilarious.

Yeah I get annoyed by them but they are pretty easy to beat. Anyways I think they should stay since the game wouldn't be anything without bad guys in it. The pokemon storyline involves the main character to spoil the villain's plans.

I agree I mean its seems nobody cares about anything in the Pokemon world even your mother who lets u leave home and travel the world fighting giant monsters,at least os Silver she cared enough to call ever once in a whileThey have to stay. Otherwise Pokemon would really be lacking a storyline. I mean the gym leaders are really that much

Pokemon uses the motto, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it'. Regrettably, they've been using this motto far too long, and it's time to change it up.

its the evil organisation that makes the pokemon funny. lol.gym's a bit, like.. routine. though it makes up the storyline.

I don't mind them. Just battle them. They also help with getting the plot of the game on track so that you won't be just trying to collect all the badges. I do tend to get annoyed at time of Team Rocket always showing up in the Pokemon sequels (James, Jessie and Meowth). They waste a lot of time i think

Annoying? Yes. To take them off the game? I would cry if they did.The Pokemon game's storyline is based on them doing something bad. To remove them would be like removing the plot itself, which for me would be a nightmare.I wish they would put more dramatic things in there though...it wouldn't kill for them to make a better storyline, and to actually make the game way more interesting.And yes, they are good training pawns aren't they?

Yes. They all have like poison types and the "cat" of the game (Meowth, glameow, etc)Though it is a good place to lvl up...♪

I'd like to see an organization that actually had varied henchmen. Seeing zubat after zubat gets old. You know? Add a little variety. I shouldn't be able to solo the entire organization with one type.

Well, I don't think they're annoying at all. They bring some spark to the games, since Pokemon world is so devoid of any true villains. They block the way, but not all the time. And battling them is definitely something we need. It beats trying to gain exp from wild pokemon.

No way, they are awesome. I love the evil organizations, it's fun to be a child and kick their bums.That being said, I wish we could actually join Team Rocket, like in Pokemon Blue & Red when the guys asks you on the Nugget Bridge.I totally would have said YES.

they do get annoying after while but it would be cool to join them then work your way through their ranks and become the boss

All the teams get kind of annoying, but I'm always wondering how they get so many people to join them.I also have a lot of respect for team rocket because I think there the only team who actually try to catch them all (even though they sometimes steal the pokemon)

I liked the use of 'evil' in the title! I think they are annoying, the storyline of bad guys taking over the world has gotten boring. I think the guys at pokemon should do something new! Atleast a bunch of pokemon trying to kill all of mankind? Lol.

Hey without an evil organization the whole story would just be "Beat elite four" yay i'm a champion now with my 6 pokemon and one HM slave lol. Hey but if you want something different than what the game offers, i suggest looking at Pokemon Tabletop Adventures. Its Pokemon/D&D and its pretty fun if you get bored of beating the same evil people over and over again.

Hate evil team. One of the main factors for hating the show. But this is about the game. It is very boring to constantly run into an evil team at spaced out intervals that progressively get a bit tougher (blame the whole game for that). But more importantly it is boring to think that a 10 year old kid (now 14) is the only one to stop these evil teams.FOr those saying what about the story. The new ones seem to have a story. But did anyone play the other games for story? Yea it is sort of ok I guess in recent games, but I don't even remember the story other than team wants to use said legendary to something the world. I don't play the game for the story, I wish it had a story. I wish they changed the formula, but it won't happen, and therefore teams just waste time.

I think they need to stay, but to a degree. These villainous organizations keep getting dumbed down with each new Pokemon game. I mean, in the original Blue and Red, before any of us saw the cartoon to see Team Rocket completely bastardized, Team Rocket was a bunch of terrorists, using casinos as fronts and hijacking a tall tech building like in that movie, Die Hard. They wore black, looked like Nazis, and their comical quips of losing made them seem more creepy than funny. Even their boss, whose name escapes me at the moment, looked mafioso. Fast forward to Pokemon Yellow to give us the horrible, unfunny duo of Jesse and James, and then on to Pokemon Ruby & Sapphire for the far-fetched almost comically fictitious plots of Team Magma and Aqua (at least Aqua looked like pirates...but Magma? come on, they looked like reject super villains from a cosplay convention), and finally onto the badguys in Diamond and Pearl, who looked even goofier. The only redeeming quality in them was that..."STORY" SPOILERS FOR DIAMOND AND PEARL...their evil boss, Cyrus (?), never did the whole "I've learned my lesson and will devote my life to all that is good" schtick and instead did something like "You haven't seen the last of me!" and fled.
