I hav potoshop Cs-middle East Version i use eraser,lasso tool or brush tool it gets stuck and show something like:-My Screen Shot helpWat do i do now i really need help

Reboot your PC. I'm just gonna say your PC is frozen up.Or did you try to use ctrl+alt+del to end the program?

That periodically happens to me as well. Although it doesnt STAY frozen, but making it process too much information on a lower end computer can spell horrid explosions of RAM.Solutions:Get more RAMTry the american version of CS2

To me, your PC looks frozen up. And your problem could have to do with that.
