Hah. I've already been playing them for 20yrs, so I don't see why I wouldn't still atleast dabble in them 20yrs from now. By then, there's going to be some pretty elite games.

Possibly, though, the past couple of years I've scarcely played video games, so, if this trend continues, then there is every chance that I won't be playing games in 20 years. Besides, in twenty years, games will not be merely video games, they could have gone down any number of different avenues by then. Perhaps we'll all be 'living games' or some other crap.

haha it's so convenient when the last comment is exactly what i was going to say. We don't know what the future will be like. Games might not exist anymore. Maybe the world ends at 2012. who knows.But if games continue to be games and there continues to be games i like, then yeh i will keep gaming even in 20 years.Besides, in twenty years, games will not be merely video games, they could have gone down any number of different avenues by then. i prob will... i've noticed that people who enjoy games as children still play em hardcore as adults. i've got friends that are almost 30 now that still spend hours playing video games. i got out of the game phase for a while during high school, but i'm playing em again these days. the nerd within me will prob always want to play some good ol video games to relax with

Yeah I probably will, but I probably get too old to know what I'm doing... but I know I'll play like Civ, and kick it back with some old school FPSs

I've been gaming since I was around 3 years old, so thats about 24 years. I was gaming 20 years ago so i'll be gaming in 20 years time, I think it's something i'll always do and I can see me showing the grandkids how to do it if I ever have any!

haha i'd def b playing video games, not just in 20 yrs, but in 50yrs. dey r such a gr8 way 2 relax. even the frustrating games are relaxing in a way haha.

It all depends. If the games start to change for the better, I may still play. World of Warcraft is one of my favorite games, but its losing ideas and will eventually phase out.

Well I can surely say I will still play Games.I know many 50-60 year old people who are gamers, though they didn't grow up with the Games we know.So I can only say:One time a gamer: Always a gamer.The games just keep getting better. Later i will have more money and can buy more and better stuff, so I will play better games.So totally: YES
