The first game that I pulled out of the box for the U.S. Nintendo was Gyromite. Can't beat playing a scientist trying to defuse dynamite throughout the levels with R.O.B. (or a second controller) assisting you to open blue and red doors or guiding a sleep walking scientist through a level in "Game B" mode.Good times!

i think i played spy vs. spy first... it might have been zelda or spy hunter. i know final fantasy was probably my most significant game.

My firsth game played on NES was Super Mario Bros 1 + Duck Hunt

Kinda comes with it so most likely to be played first. Though I kicked ass at Zelda after. :laugh:

The first game I ever played was Final Fantasy I. I was like... four years old and didn't really understand it.Eventually we bought Super Mario Bros. III and I finally played something more or less straightforward.I keep coming back to Final Fantasy I though. It's the only FF game I like to this day. It must be nostalgia. :foldarms:

I believe that's a tie between Spartan X, Super Mario Bros, Duck Hunt, Logan's Alley and Mitsume Ga Tooru/3 Eye Boy/ 3 Eye Adventure. You see, I had a pirated 120000 in 1 game system in the shape of a light gun for the shooting games (That actually worked

) and I don't know what game I played first.Or maybe it was Aladdin...

can't remember the specific first game, but i clearly remember the first collection of cartridges i had: super mario bros + duckhunt, super mario 3, and ninja gaiden. i was 3, i think. and then pretty soon my cousin gave me the rest of his nes games, including contra, megaman, and some other classics. those were some good times.

Super Mario RPG. Loved it how some secrets in this games were mindblowing. I used to think that some characters were just speaking utter rubbish, but after I played this game at around... 5 years later, I noticed that the things they said could unlock some secret stuff. That blew my mind completely.
